Les Kjosness – President and Director

Les Kjosness is President and founder of Paragon Drywall & Plastering Ltd., a British Columbia construction industry contractor specializing in structural steel framing, interior design, and finishing for commercial and residential projects, including schools, hospitals and condominium towers. Managing a junior resource company involves the coordination and oversight of a large number of what are effectively sub-contractors: geologists, prospectors, geophysicists, earth works contractors, drilling companies and so on. Les’ background in the construction industry has provided him with an excellent background in exactly that process. As with all senior executives, Les relies on industry experts for the specific administrative requirements of a public company.

Richard Somerville, P.Eng. - Director and Vice-President, Mining and Exploration

Richard Somerville is a geological engineer (British Columbia) and mining engineer (Ontario) with over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry, both technical and corporate. He has been involved in operations in Canada, U.S., Mexico, Central America, and Australia, including: the development of the Kam Kotia and Jameland underground and open pit mines in Ontario; initial production of numerous high grade zones at the Erickson Gold Mine in Cassiar, British Columbia, a new copper porphyry ore body at the MacIntyre Porcupine mine in Ontario, the Mt. Skukum mine in the Yukon, and the Gabinantha, Australia open pit producer. He is a Qualified Person under National Instrument (N.I.) 43-101.

B. Keith Shirley, Professional Geologist - Director

Keith Shirley is a project petroleum geologist resident in Fort Worth, Texas, with 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry providing expertise at the initial state of prospect generation, through to acquisition and the completion of wells. Mr. Shirley is responsible for all geotechnical due diligence in the Company’s review of oil and gas acquisitions and program planning and development.

James Broad, LL.B. Director and Corporate Secretary

James Broad is an independent Barrister and Solicitor registered in British Columbia, with a practice centered on corporate, commercial and real estate law. His 23 years of experience have been invaluable to Golden Arch in contracts, corporate structuring, leases, acquisitions and litigation matters.

David W. Rennie - Director

David Rennie is a consulting Geological Engineer with over 25 years' experience as a mining and exploration geologist for several major international mining companies. In this capacity, he has worked on a variety of projects in North and South American, Europe and Africa, providing expertise in conventional and geostatistical resource estimation, geological support for mining operations and exploration programs, due diligence evaluations, implementation of computer systems, and training of technical staff. Mr. Rennie is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia, and is a Qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.

Victor J.E. Jones, Chairman of the Board

Appointed to the Board in November 2006, Jones has over 25 years’ experience at the senior level in the mining industry, including joint venture and mine financing, mergers, land use and stakeholder negotiations. He has served as president, senior officer, independent director and consultant for a number of publicly traded resource companies.
