Golden Arch has a formal business plan that calls for growth through acquisition and joint venture, and to that end, marketing and communications activities reflect the need for creating industry visibility and ongoing relationships with viable banking sources. To communicate the value and excitement of the Company’s prospects, Golden Arch has engaged the services of Kirsti Mattson, Marketing Consultant, to both develop and execute a thorough marketing plan, including attendance at key industry trade shows, introductions to various finance groups and liaison with influential market analysts.
Golden Arch has modest cash flow from existing oil and gas investments of approximately $5,000 US per month. Thus, until cash flow is significantly increased, the Company will rely on continued public financings to fund operations. At present, there are the following warrants and options outstanding:
