ABBOTT WAGNER

Canadian Holdings have Historical Promise

Golden Arch holds a 100% interest in 2,458+ hectares in the Kootenay Arc of the historic Slocan Mining District of southeast British Columbia, the Abbott Wagner silver-lead-zinc property. This property has seen intermittent exploration for many years, and Golden Arch’s claims have three exploration adits. A BC Government Geological Survey posted results indicating not less than six zones of economic grade silver/lead/zinc mineralization.

The Abbott Wagner property has been reviewed by Mr. Berg, who has recommended extensive work to confirm the considerable resources reported on MINFILE.* Accordingly, it is the Company’s present intent to conduct a summer 2006 program, currently estimated at $1 million Cdn, to confirm historical results. Work will include re-opening the adits to access known mineralization for re-sampling.

Following the preparation of a N.I. 43-101 compliant resource estimation, a production decision could be made by the summer of 2006. Any commercial mine is likely to be seasonal, due to winter snow packs, and operational for seven months each year. As the mineralization is known to grade between 10% and 30% combined lead-zinc and about 710 grams/tonne silver (25 opt), it can be considered direct-shipping ore, hence, plans include shipping it to the Teck Cominco smelter at Trail, in southeastern British Columbia.

*Minfile Links

The British Columbia government has developed a website dedicated to mineral properties; metallic, non-metallic and industrial. MINFILE contains geological, location and economic information on over 12,250 metallic, industrial mineral and coal mines, deposits and occurrences in B.C.

This information is available online to anyone with a web browser. MINFILE includes commentary and reports on three showings on Golden Arch’s Abbott Wagner property. However, Management of Golden Arch Resources Ltd. cannot attest to the accuracy of the information contained therein. It is the intent of Golden Arch to conduct an exploration program during the 2006 summer season designed to confirm previously reported results.
